The HTC Salsa offers one touch to Facebook with a dedicated Facebook key included on the front of the unibody design of the handset. The phone also features a 5 megapixel camera with flash along with a front facing camera too, and offers all of the entertainment features of its counterpart models.
The phone has impressive connectivity features with Bluetooth 3.0 included offering seamless wireless file transfer, such as photos, videos and music between devices. The A2DP profile for wireless stereo headsets is also present as is the PhoneBook Access Profile allowing you to connect instantly between your car stereo and the handset to make and end calls safely, while driving. The handset also features 512 megabytes of random access memory along with its 600 MHz processor to allow it to perform multitasking with the Android operating system and the Sense user interface offered.
The Salsa has a dedicated Facebook key which enables you to instantly share a photo you have just taken with its 5 megapixel camera, supported by flash and auto focus respectively, as well as video clips also. You can quickly see all of the latest status updates from friends and family, the important people in your life, as well as being able to update your own very easily. There is also Facebook chat which enables you to start a chat conversation with whoever you like, from wherever you are. Meanwhile, the Sense interface, as with other HTC phones allows you to still communicate fast and effectively via the Friend Stream application, which also puts all of your social networks, including Twitter also into one place.
Other features on the phone include a fast web browser which lets you surf web pages in full HTML and supports Flash web pages also, while you scroll backwards and forwards between pages too. There is also a full music player and the unified email client with all of your emails going to one inbox with colour coding. Meanwhile, you can also check in from wherever you are with Facebook Places on your handset, as well as using other location based services respectively.
The HTC Salsa is a compact unibody design with simple touch parameters on its large 3.4 inch display through which your social networking, music and emails along with the Web and more come to life. The handset also offers a great 5 megapixel camera which is perfect for video clip and photo capture.
